Holidays are without question one of the most popular times of the year. Children, students and their teachers are probably just a little more impatient for them to start than others. They will finally have the time to catch up on everything they were not able to do during the school year, such as travelling, relaxing or finally getting rid of those glasses or contact lenses that complicate their lives. Refrakční Centrum Praha (Refractive Centre Prague) is giving these very same teachers and students a special holiday discount. This renowned workplace that provides top ophthalmological care is offering them the most common laser eye surgery in the world, the Lasik method, with a discount of CZK 7,000.
Children will also receive something. For every patient that undergoes an operation in July and August, the Refractive Centre will donate CZK 1,000 to the Sluneční paprsek (Sunbeam) Foundation, which organises seaside holidays for children with cancer and other serious diseases and for children from children’s homes.
