GLASSES FOR NEPAL – TSUM VALLEY EXPEDITION

During the last year we were informing you about the charity event GLASSES FOR NEPAL.
A civic association called NAMASTÉ NEPÁL organized collecting of glasses for inhabitants of Nepal with eye defects, and we participated in this activity, too.
People were asked to bring glasses that they no longer used to our collection boxes, and we handed out the glasses to those in need.
The collected glasses were delivered to the isolated Nepalese Tsum Valley through the TSUM VALLEY EXPEDITION in October 2010.
This action was highly regarded so we decided to continue.
In the course of this year, we were collecting more glasses, and not only from our clients. They were delivered by another EXPEDITION in October 2011.
We would like to thank everybody who participated with us in this activity, as well as anybody who will decide to donate their unused dioptric glasses or sunglasses in the future.
