I was wearing glasses since i was 8 years old because of shorthsightedness and astigmatism. I ended by more then -5 dioptries at the end. Since my adolescence I often used contact lenses. With the classic ones, I did not see well, the toric onces were disturbing me after few hours and my eyes were dry very fast.
I was thinking a long time about undergoing the eye laser-surgery, but I was also affraid of it. Dr. Novak had always enough time for all my questions and doubts, examined my eyes very carefully before and after the surgery.
In autumn 2014 I finally diceded for the surgery and it was a right decision. Not only Dr. Novak, but all his employees where very helpfull, kind and reassuring me, explaining more times all steps of the surgery and the time after. The procedure was fast, done in one step. My eyes were irritated right after the operation, but on the next day I could see sharp – the first time in my life. After one year, i still see perfect, it is a wonderfull feeling. I can only recommend this surgery – espetially with the exquisite care at the Refractive Centre Prague.
